Service Technician, Morgan Hill (CA)

Job Requirements:

  • EPA 608 Universal license
  • Minimum of three years’ experience working on technical instrumentation, preferably temperature control related
  • Digitally proficient, with experience using MS Office platform, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both virtually and in person
  • Strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities (Service):

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all LAUDA products
  • Provide phone and email troubleshooting to customers
  • Coordinate efforts and support third party field service technician onsite with key OEM customers
  • Work within LAUDA Ticket system to provide accurate notes for all LAUDA-Brinkmann service tickets, including pick lists and standard LAUDA-Brinkmann service paperwork
  • When necessary, visit key OEM customers to provide onsite technical support

Key Responsibilities (Safety):

  • Manage shop and warehouse in accordance with OSHA and CAL-OSHA guidelines as specified in LAUDA-Brinkmann Safety Program

Key Responsibilities (Warehouse):

  • Maintain accurate reports and reconciliation of spare part inventory
  • Receive and ship products
  • Mostly related to key OEM spare parts and customer units shipped in for repair
  • Monitor stock levels of service consumables (ex. refrigerants) and purchase when necessary
  • Maintain spare part inventory
