Service Technician, Morgan Hill (CA)
Job Requirements:
- EPA 608 Universal license
- Minimum of three years’ experience working on technical instrumentation, preferably temperature control related
- Digitally proficient, with experience using MS Office platform, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both virtually and in person
- Strong organizational skills
Key Responsibilities (Service):
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all LAUDA products
- Provide phone and email troubleshooting to customers
- Coordinate efforts and support third party field service technician onsite with key OEM customers
- Work within LAUDA Ticket system to provide accurate notes for all LAUDA-Brinkmann service tickets, including pick lists and standard LAUDA-Brinkmann service paperwork
- When necessary, visit key OEM customers to provide onsite technical support
Key Responsibilities (Safety):
- Manage shop and warehouse in accordance with OSHA and CAL-OSHA guidelines as specified in LAUDA-Brinkmann Safety Program
Key Responsibilities (Warehouse):
- Maintain accurate reports and reconciliation of spare part inventory
- Receive and ship products
- Mostly related to key OEM spare parts and customer units shipped in for repair
- Monitor stock levels of service consumables (ex. refrigerants) and purchase when necessary
- Maintain spare part inventory
